You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted. You must be 18years and above to use any of our services as none of our Services is eligible for use by people under 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. VotePorts shall not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with the security obligations.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use our service to send unsolicited (“spam”) mail. Violation of any of these agreements may result in the termination of your Account.
Payment processing services are provided by paystack, flutterwave and arkesel and their terms and condition of those services will apply to the payments you make using them. Any personal information you provide to these payment processors will be processed in accordance with their privacy policies and not ours.
An Active Mobile Money Wallet or Valid Credit Card is required when voting with Mobile Money, Visa or MasterCard. You are not required to provide a number unless and until payment in necessary.
VotePorts has the sole right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other VotePorts service, for any reason at any time at its discretion. Fraudulent transactions are immediately cancelled after being detected by our payment processing company.
To protect VotePorts and its clients against chargeback related issues, any active sale associated with the same fraudulent credit card will also be cancelled. You should be aware that receipt of payment to your voting service does not necessarily mean that these transactions cannot be reversed.
VotePorts and our Payment Processors reserve the right to reverse any payment in case the payer or the payer’s bank or payment service provider has charged back or otherwise reversed (or is reasonably likely to chargeback or otherwise reverse) an upload or other payment which was used to fund the payment to you. You will have to provide a valid receipt to enable us fight the chargeback and will be notified promptly before such action takes place.
All transactions done on voteports.com are final and any requests for refunds are subject to review. Vote Port will not be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from a wrong transaction. Refunds are not given once a vote has been started, but VotePorts shall at its sole discretion, process a refund after reviewing and investigation with payment partners or processor.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. VotePorts shall pass on all or any costs incurred for conducting a refund to individuals, brands, business or organisers.
VotePorts reserves the sole right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Our prices of all Services are subject to change without notice. Vote Ports shall not be liable to any client or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
VotePorts Services are protected by the copyright laws of Ghana, the international copyright laws and treaties, as well as other laws and treaties. Except for the non-exclusive license granted pursuant to these Terms, all ownership, license, intellectual property and other rights and interests in and to our Services shall remain solely with VotePorts
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, if you make your vote results public, you agree to allow others to view your content.
